Musubi Tech is a community for bicultural and aspiring-bicultural tech leaders in and around Japan (founders, product leaders, team leads, and the people working to become them). We gather in Tokyo for small-group conversations about the real challenges of leading across cultures.

A Welcoming Experience

Most communities ask you to make an introduction and figure it out from there. We do it differently. Before you meet anyone, we get to know you, your goals, and your challenges. Then we make the introductions ourselves.
